2.Advantage of AAC block/lightweight block
(1)light weight
Areated concrete density is usually 400-700kg/m3,(according the market in produce ),same as 1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 common concrete.So use the Light brick can reduce the weight of the build more,and also reduce the beam of roof and pillar press best.then you can see,it can save the material and cost,it also fighting shaking.
(2) keeping temperature

Second, Dosing and Pouring Measure
Measuring system is used to weigh each raw material
Raw material metering system
Controlled by electrical cabinet or cement computer-controlled system , that can achieve fully automatic batching process.
Pouring Mixer
Pouring mixer is fixed on the top of mould whose function is to mix raw materials of slurry ,cement,lime,gypsum and aluminum powder before pouring them into mould.

Curing Room
After pouring ,use conveyor chain push mould into curing room under temperature 50-70 degrees.the curing time would be 1.5-2hours.(according to favorable geographical condition,the step can be skipped.)

In the aerated concrete block production ,the slurry mixed by pouring mixer poured into mould ,after maintenance in curing room , it can be cutting the areted concrete block body.mould size:4m,4.2m,4.8m,6m.

Tilting Hoister
Lift the poured and cured product together with mould and side plate up in the air ,turn it over 90 degrees to keep the block upright,carry it to the cutting cart,open mould and lift away the mould so that the semi-finished product can be out.then mount and clamp the side plate on the mould once again,turn it over 90 degrees and carry it back to the stating line so that pouring can be resumed.
Tilting Plate
After block was cut,the tilting table turns 90 degrees, and remove the waste that at the bottomof block , thereby improving the utilization of waste
